I know this feeling ALL too well. #BlackWomen know this feeling all too well. We talk about the “Strong Black Woman” so often in the context of the pain and power it takes to hold our community together, but little do we talk about the absolute “STRENGTH” and “RESTRAINT” it takes to be a BLACK WOMAN in the #Workplace…fighting both #racism & the #patriarchy
